Position: Multi-site Programme Manager
The Multi-site Programme Manager oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of projects and/or programme assigned to her/him by SHARE’s Director. Including, but not limited to:
1) Strategic Programme Management
· Develop and implement programme plans, timelines, and milestones.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
· Identify and mitigate programme risks.
2) Lab Support & Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate with Admin Manager and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with Singapore guidelines and safety regulations.
· Liaise with Admin Manager/service engineers/vendors to ensure the proper functioning/timely servicing of all equipment.
· Coordinate with researchers, PIs, and stakeholders for timely progress.
3) General Operations & Administration
· Organize conferences, seminars, meetings and visits from external or overseas visitors.
· Assist AdminManager / NUS OHR for hiring of new staff.
· Assist in ad-hoc administrative support for all the PI’s of the projects/programmes.
· Assist in ensuring timely submission of invoices to NUS Finance Department and/or SHARE for payment.
Requirements:
At least an Honors degree from a recognized university.
At least 4 years of general managerial and project management experience.
Prior experience in budget management is desirable.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills and familiarity with management best practices.
Fluency in English is essential.
Self-starter who can work and problem-solve independently and define plans, strategies and approaches after a short practice.
Knowledge of and experience with research and administration processes; background in biological science is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with and engage multiple stakeholders.
